Kafka on the Shore was my favorite… i read Norwegian Wood literally right after Magic Mountain by Thomas Mann and that made it soo much better than it otherwise would have been! I need to read more Murakami this summer after I graduate, haven’t touched After Dark yet.

Also is the octopus a reference to Oldboy?

Murakami is great, I love how I am not able to put down any of his books once I have started. Also I am trying to take my time with each book so that waiting for “1Q84″ won’t be so hard. Also, the first picture is so lovely.

Love the octapus one. Scary, but nice.
