I loved this post. Can you believe we have yet to try the Japanese mayo? It’s supposed to be a staple in お好み焼き (if you can even have a staple) but we have yet to try it because Tom doesn’t like vinegar. Do you find it very vinegar heavy?

Not in particular! And ahhh yes, it is a must have for Okonomiyaki! One of my favorite Japanese dishes – so good~ I had to make it for my Japanese class and I need to make it again soon!

Ahh, this makes me want to go to H-Mart! That soboro looks so good.

The goldfish attempt came out pretty nicely! I love its delicateness, and the color came out beautifully.
