Pink Hair for Spring

Added pink tips to my hair! After touching up my roots with bleach, I toned my hair to a near-white color (using a violet-based toner by Wella), and added a pink concoction of Manic Panic Cotton Candy Pink and Virgin Snow white dye.

Hope everyone is having/had a good Spring Break! I’m in the throes of mine, and I just wish it were longer!! I can’t believe it’s already Thursday – I’ve hardly had any time to myself. Ah well, it feels better to be busy than totally bored, I guess!

I looove it! I did lavender tips about six months ago, and am highly considering it again! It is such a great way to beat the ‘boredom’ that most of us get with our hair!

What beautiful hair! You can now pull of a mermaid look, ha ha :) Yes I agree, much better to be busy than bored.. Although I think I’d change my mind if my life is totally hectic.

This is exactly what I’ve been dying to do to my hair! Alas, mine is about 5 inches long. Yours looks incredible! Do you think you’ll keep it this way for long?

The new tenants are often in a month-to-month lease at their old place after their lease runs out, so often it’s not that big a deal if their move-in is deaeyld because you’re not out yet.You could use the conservative April 1 date and just plan to eat a mortgage payment. Might be worth it to reduce your stress level.I’ve had a ton of success listing rentals onso I recommend trying there. There are online credit/criminal background check places. The one I use isCheck if your city or region has a Multihousing Association that can be a source of legal forms and valuable general information. The website for Minnesota’s is here, for example: Lastly you could read Property Management for Dummies to learn a lot of the basics of leasing. (You may even decide it’d be better to hire property management than do it yourself.)Particularly with single family homes, it takes longer to rent because you’re probably dealing with families. So since Craigslist costs nothing, and neither does a yard sign, might as well start advertising now!
