Like most cold-blooded people, I’m a hoarder of oversized chunky sweaters, and this plush cable knit (courtesy of SheInside) is soft, thick, and basically dreamy. It’s slightly open knit so if you venture out with it into windy weather, be sure to throw a thin layer underneath. I’m practically obsessed with this sweater; I’m tempted to stock up in other colors, and my sister is already planning to buy one for herself as well.
Worn with my beloved Madewell Barnwood boots, which for some reason have never made it onto this blog, and my One Teaspoon bonitas cut-off shorts.
We’re having another unseasonably warm autumn/winter this year in Texas, with some days in the 80s (hence the cut-offs)! Supposedly it will dip below freezing tomorrow night, but I’m not holding my breath for it.
I’m in the throes of finals week (for studio art majors, it’s more like two weeks), and I can’t wait until the holidays. It’s been a great semester but I’m looking forward to seeing my family more, working on my own projects, and spending more time with my boyfriend. Only two more days!
